Our Wedding Services

Before Your Big Day

Prior to your wedding we:

  • provide a contract outlining our services

  • furnish our Ceremony & Reception Planning Guide. The planner will walk you through the various special dances, traditions, musical preferences and other important details for your wedding day

  • offer personalized pre-planning and coordination with you, as well as your other vendors and venue, prior to your wedding day to ensure your desires and vision for your special day are met

  • prepare a timeline/itinerary for your wedding day

  • are there for you...to ease stress, answer questions and help in any way...so you enjoy the planning process!

For your ceremony, we provide:

  • wireless lapel mic for your officiant (so your guests can hear your vows)

  • wireless mic for any singers or readers

  • full range of music to choose for your processional, ressional and other ceremony highlights that match the tone and feel you desire for your ceremony

  • prelude music 30 minutes prior to the ceremony as your guests arrive and are seated

  • make any needed announcements 

  • allow an hour and a half for your ceremony with a start time an hour prior to the ceremony time

Your Ceremony

Your Reception

For your reception, we:

  • DJ/MC up to five hours with an overtime option

  • provide background music immediately following the ceremony for the social/cocktail time (while you are finishing pictures)

  • play background music during dinner

  • use our DJ/MC experience and expertise to keep your reception flowing, your guests engaged, and all happily on the dance floor!

  • offer extensive music library

  • utilize professional sound equipment

  • provide wireless mics for toasts

  • furnish dance floor lighting

Your Embellishments

The Love Story is a meaningful, humorous and moving addition to any wedding reception.  Studies show us that most guests leave a wedding reception early because they don’t feel as if they are a part of the celebration.  They feel more like spectators than participants.  The Love Story makes them feel more personally involved and in the mood for love!  After all, each guest in attendance is there because they have been special to you during your life. And as the bride’s family and friends may know all about her and the groom’s family and friends may know all about him, they may not know the whole story of the two of you as a couple.  The Love Story is told in such a way that your guests will feel what the two of you were feeling as your romance blossomed.  Many of the wives in attendance will be fighting back happy tears and their husbands will remember, “Yeah, that’s why I married you!”
